Terry Mack Wilson, 76 was called home from this life on November 29, 2016, at his residence in Monticello, MS. Mack was born December 9, 1939 in Lawrence County, MS to J.W. and Ethel Maxwell Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday December 01, 2016 from 5 PM until 9 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello and continuing Friday December 02, 2016 from 9 AM until service time at 12 PM with graveside services following in New Zion Church Cemetery. Bro. Jim Bock will officiate the services, and Jos Winfree will be doing the eulogy, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wilson was a member of Monticello Masonic Lodge #610 F&AM; he was initiated as an Entered Apprentice on September 16, 1978. He was passed to the degree of Fellow Craft on February 16, 1979 .He was raised to the sublime of Master Mason on March 2, 1994. He was elected Worshipful Master for the year 2005. He enjoyed drag racing, collecting knives and riding Harleys. Before he became ill he worked for many years in the construction business as a pipe welder for the Plumber's & Pipe Fitters UA Local #714.
Surviving Mack is his wife Patricia Smith Wilson; six sons Terry A. Wilson of LA, Roger Wilson of IN, Jos Winfree of TN, Jeff Mack Wilson of IN, James E. Winfree of TN, Thomas H. Winfree MS, seven daughters LuCynthia Catherine Winfree of MS, Rhonda Wilson of LA, Sarah S. Spence of GA, Brenda Wilson of IN, Pepper W. McPhail of Monticello, Susie Wilson of IN, Susan C. Winfree NC, one brother Bob (Nancy) Wilson of KY, one sister Ouida Dodds of LA, thirty four grandchildren and twenty seven great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were parents J.W. and Ethel Maxwell Wilson, one brother James Earl Wilson, brother in law J.C. Dodds and granddaughter Alanna Anne.
