Ms. Teresa White Smith, 63, of Monticello, MS passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Monticello, MS. Teresa was born February 4, 1957, in McComb, Mississippi to Charles White Sr. and Doris Lowery White.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Teresa worked for the Monticello Police Department as a dispatcher for 15 years. Teresa was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a kind-hearted woman who enjoyed caring and providing for others, especially close friends and family. Teresa enjoyed spending time working in her garden and spending time with her family and friends. Teresa will be missed by everyone.

Teresa is survived by her sons, Sterling Allen (Coby), Channing Allen (Shelby) and Dillan McCollum (Erin) all of Monticello, MS; one brother, Charles White (Karen) of Monticello, MS; grandchildren, Maddox Allen, Salem Allen, Ryleigh Nations, Syler Allen, Alaric McCollum, Dakota Allen and Raven Allen.

Those preceding her in death were her parents, husband James "Jimmy" Smith.
