Mr. Robert Wayne Ainsworth, 60, of Jayess, MS passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at his residence in Jayess, MS. Robert was born February 12, 1960, in United Kingdom of Great Britain to Billy Joe Ainsworth and Catherine Fitzgerald Ainsworth.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday April 16, 2020 at 10 :00 AM at Sartinville United Methodist Church Cemetery.  Bro. Dan Campbell will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Robert served his country in the United States Marines and the United States Air Force. He worked for the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sheriff for several years. Robert was a loving husband, brother and friend. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and friends He was a member of Sartinville United Methodist Church.

Robert is survived by his father Billy Joe Ainsworth of Shalimar, FL; sister Teresa Smith and husband Michael Smith of Hattiesburg, MS

Those preceding him in death were his wife Paula Ainsworth, his mother, and 1 sister.

Robert will be missed by everyone.
