Paul Hilbun, 88,of Gulfport was called home from this life on October 25, 2017, at his residence in Gulfport, MS. Paul was born December 23, 1928 in SoSo, Mississippi, to John and Ella Nix Hilbun.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10 AM until service time at 11 AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello with graveside services following in Powell's Grove Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Jayess, MS. Bro. Jimmy Hood will officiate the services, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Paul was retired from the United States Air Force; he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving Paul is his wife Betty Boyd Hilbun of Gulfport, MS; sons Robert Hilbun (Patti) of Ponchatoula, LA, Jonathan Hilbun of Gulfport, MS; sister, Dot Kennedy of Soso, MS; three grandchildren and one great grandson.
Preceding him in death was his parents; brothers and sisters.
