Funeral services for Patricia Ladd will be on Tuesday, April 18 2017 at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello, MS at 11AM with burial to follow in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Michael Smith will be officiating the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements; Visitation will be at Bethel Baptist Church on Monday, April 17, 2017 from 5 PM until 9 PM.

Mrs. Ladd, 79, of Monticello MS, passed from this life on April 14, 2017, at University Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 3, 1938, in Monticello, MS, to Marvin and Ollie Bell Hedgepeth Johnson.

Mrs. Ladd was retired from Copiah Living Center, she also worked in the Lawrence County School Cafeteria, also the Lawrence County Nursing Center. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church; she was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She will be missed by everyone.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Philip Ladd, and three sisters.

She is survived by her children, Holly Hammond and husband Richard, Clay Ladd and wife Tammy, Eric Ladd and wife Mechelle, Bud Ladd and wife Pat all of Monticello, and Breck Ladd and wife Laura of Columbus, MS; ten grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Bethel Baptist Church Senior Adult Ministry.
