Ms. Neva Frances Letchworth 90, of Oakvale, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at her residence in Oakvale, Mississippi. She was born December 26, 1929, in Oakvale , MS to Roma and Fanny Mae DeLancey .

Memorial services will be held on a later date.

Frances was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a kind-hearted woman who enjoyed caring and providing for others, especially close friends and family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She was a member of Oakvale Baptist Church. Francis was the head of the Disable Americans Veterans for Mississippi in 1975, she worked many years as a seamstress in Columbia, MS at the Rutter-Rex Manufactory.

She is survived by her three sons Jerry Rutland of Oakvale, Billy Rutland of Bunkerhill, Tommy and wife Charmaine Rutland of Petal; four sisters Gerine Speights, Maudie Prine, Charlotte Howell, Dale Ward; five grandchildren Wendy White, Shannon Thurman, Amber King, Jeremy Rutland , Malanie Slocum and 10 great grandchildren.

Those preceding her in death were her parents, husband L.T. Letchworth, three brothers Roma DeLancey Jr., Harold DeLancey, Ford Delancey; two sisters Stella DeLancey and Crystelle Evans.
