Michael Leon White, 69 of Jayess, MS passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at his residence in Jayess, MS. He was born Monday, August 8, 1955 in Tylertown, Mississippi.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Sauls Valley Cemetery in Monticello, MS. Bro. Jay Thompson will officiate. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-587-2573

When Michael was young, he was a dare devil motorcycle rider. He loved to cook. Michael loved to construct pretty things by hand. He also made a gazebo for his daughter and ship for his son.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Lee White; mother, Nell Smith; brother, Jimmy White; sister, Ernestine Allen.

Survivors include his son, Christopher White; daughter, Michelle White; grandchildren, Bailey A. White, Kayla M. Brown and Laura Rose Brown; brothers, Donald Ray White (Margaret), Paul White (Cindy); sister, Theresia Ochenrider (Jim) of Jayess, MS; sister-in-law, Billie White.

Pallbearers will be Shane Wiggins, Christopher White, Glen McBride, Michelle White, Miles White, and Joshua Allen.
