Michael Wayne Foster, 33, was called home from this life on Saturday, March 12, 2016, Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Foster was born on October 26, 1982, in Baton Rouge, LA, to Ray Foster and Edna Ogden.
Visitation will be at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, from 5 PM until 9 PM and will continue on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, from 10 AM until the time of service at 11 AM at Wilson Funeral Home. The graveside service will follow in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Bro. Charles Ray Smith will be conducting the services.
Mr. Foster worked as a 12 year Sales Associate at Wal-Mart in Walker, LA. He was a graduate from Walker High School and earned a computer programming degree from Remington College in Baton Rouge, LA. He was a member of The New Beginnings in Denham Springs, LA, and truly loved the Lord. He enjoyed helping others and spending time with family and friends.
He leaves the following to cherish his memory, mother, Edna Dunaway Ogden; grandmother, Catherine Foster of Baton Rouge, LA; uncles, Rickey Dunaway and wife Donna of Monticello, MS, James Dunaway and wife Fayedean of Jayess, MS, Macky Dunaway and wife Tammy of Jayess, MS, Mike Foster and wife Rosalee of Walker, LA, and Randy Foster of Denham Springs, LA; aunt, Cindy Roux and husband Ted of Denham Springs, LA; special friends, Adam, Michelle, Olivia and Peyton all of Denham Springs, LA; and a host of family and friends.
Preceded in death by his father, Ray Foster; grandfathers, Elgine Foster and Dale Dunaway; grandmother, Catherine Dunaway; uncle, Richard Dunaway; aunt, LaRose Hall.
