Melinda Dawn Jackson, 54 of Silver Creek, MS passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born Friday, January 8, 1971 in Wesson, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 3:00 PM until service start time at Wilson Funeral Home at 904 W. Thomas E. Jolly Drive, Monticello, MS. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS. Bro. Flavol Rester will officiate. Melinda loved her family and Ole Miss football. She also loved her dog Max. Melinda was an independent person and was dedicated.

She was preceded in death by her fathers, Shelton McRaney, Bill Blair; mother, Linda Reynolds McRaney; sister, Louise Barham; nephews, Anthony Little Jr., and Blain Reynolds.

Survivors include her son, Dustin Jackson of Hattiesburg, MS; brothers, Toby Reynolds and Raymond Reynolds; sisters, Robbie Little, Darlene Stalans, Beverly Bridges; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Bert Jackson.
