Ms. Mary Louise Lambert, 96 of Monticello, MS passed from her life on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Golden Living Center in Brookhaven, MS. She was born October 7, 1922 in Purvis, MS to William Houston and Nita Marie Roberts.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS. Funeral Service will be held the same day at 1:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services following in Rock Hill Cemetery. Bro. Glynn Hilton will officiate the services, Curtis Lambert will sing, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Lambert loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Monticello United Pentecostal Church. She was a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to many; she will be missed by many.

She is survived by her children Janell King and husband Sidney, Sue Helminger, Wayne Roberts; Eight grandchildren, Owen King and wife Beth, Dawana Morgan and husband Duane, Tommy Smith and wife Dara, Linda Cabrera and husband Mitch, Debbie Berrand, Michael Roberts and wife Tina, Lisa Davis and husband Bruce, Elizabeth Melton; 16 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and 5 sisters; Juanita Burrows, Irene Ladner, Inez Garriga, Pearl Dubuisson and Vergie Favre.

Preceeding her in death are her parents, grandson Jerry Smith, granddaughter Shelia Ann Roberts and four sisters; Catherine Smith, Doris Neal, Helen Smith, and Lessie Mae Roberts.

Pallbearers are Tommy Smith, Michael Roberts, Byron Givens, John Favre, Billy Favre and Donald Dubuisson.
