Ms. Mary Nell Jenkins, 77, of Silver Creek, MS passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at her residence in Silver Creek, MS. Nell was born April 7, 1943, in New Hebron, Mississippi to Talmadge and Jewel Herrington Barnett.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 1, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Cliburn Cemetery in Silver Creek. Bro. Mike Grenn and Bro. Trey Spangler will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Nell was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was a kind-hearted woman who enjoyed caring and providing for others, especially close friends and family. Nell enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She retired from the Town of Monticello after 25 years as a clerk and dispatcher. She was a member of Crooked Creek Baptist Church in Silver Creek. Nell will be missed by everyone.

Nell is survived by her children, Billy Ray Jenkins (Kathy), Kathy Wade, Teresa Jackson (Joey) and Glenda Spears all of Silver Creek, MS; Grandchildren; Candice Walker (Ethan), Brandi Wilson (Adam), Amanda Smith (Joe), Erica Robertson (Manny), Marisa Ferrell (Craig), Curtis Robertson, Jennifer Yeager (Dale), Jessica Ramirez,Joseph Jackson, Mamie Allen, Breanna Ard (Blake), Sara Sanders, Nicholas Spears, Brenden Spears, Emily Spears; Great Grandchildren,,Marganie Walker, Ella Walker, Will Walker, Amasyn Wilson, Jakob Lambert, Ashton Smith, Kaden Smith, Kyler Smith, Riley Anderson, Isabella Robertson, Elijah Robertson, Creeden Ferrell, Gabriella Robertson, Bethany Ferrell, Makayla Perry, Jase Ferrell, Ivy Grace Ferrell, Jaxon Ferrell, Baby Boy Ferrell, Lilly Klaffer, Hayden Monaco, Dino Monaco Jr., Annabelle Yeager, Maddox Allen, Shelby Russell, Karter Ard, Rylan Ard, Rohen Ard, John Rawlings Ard, one sister Tootsie Bullock (Emmitt) of Silver Creek, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Those preceding her in death were her parents, husband, 1 sister and 2 brothers.
