Obituary

Mary Lou Andrews Tynes 83, was called home from this life on Sunday, October 25, 2015, at her residence in Monticello, MS. She was born April 27, 1932, in Verna, MS, to Roy Lee Andrews and Louvella Arena Boyd Andrews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday October 27, 2015, at Divide Methodist Protestant Christian Life Center from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be Wednesday October 28, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Divide Methodist Protestant Christian Life Center, Reverend LaDon Dawson and Reverend Carlos Dawson will be presiding over the service. Mrs. Darlene Dawson and Mr. Cole and Mrs. Brittany Powell are in charge of the music. Pallbearers will be Drew Tynes, Dustin Izard, Mike Morris, David Andrews, Dug Davis and Gentry Garrett, Honorary Pallbearers Pete Boyd, Wayne Powell, Wayne Renfroe, Will Rutland,Logan Flores,and Patrick Andrews. The graveside service will follow in the Monticello Municipal Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mary Lou was married 66 plus years to William Ray Tynes. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a homemaker that enjoyed reading, painting, and working in her flower beds.
Survivors are her husband William Ray Tynes of Monticello, Children: Judy Izard and husband Richard of Crystal Springs, MS; Vicky Garrett and husband Richard of Jayess, MS; Jeannie Tynes of Crystal Springs, MS; William Andrew Tynes Sr. and wife Allison of Monticello, MS; Grandchildren: Leigh Ann Flores, Richard Dustin Izard, Allison Victoria Garrett, Richard Gentry Garrett, Janet Olivia Morris, Mary Helen Barber, Amanda Caroline Barber, William Andrew Tynes Jr., Amber Leigh Swenson, Eddie Joseph Tynes and 14 Great Grandchildren
Preceding her in death was her parents Roy Lee and Louvella Andrews, brother Patrick Peter "Pat" Andrews and one infant brother. She was also preceded by a grandson William Ray Izard and a great granddaughter Kaitlyn Victoria Tullis.
