Ms. Margie Jean Ratcliff, 84 of Monticello, MS passed away on June 21, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast in Miramar, FL. Margie was born November 13, 1934 in Brookhaven, MS to Carlos and Virgie Vaughn Watts.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 5 PM until 7 PM at Monticello United Methodist Church in Monticello, MS with funeral services on Wednesday June 26, 2019, at 10 AM at Monticello United Methodist Church with graveside services following at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Mike Evans will officiate the services, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Margie retired from Deposit Guaranty National Bank after 40 years of service. She was a member of Monticello United Methodist Church for many years. She was involved in several civic activities including the Red Hat Club and The Professional Women's Business Association.

She is survived by her daughter Peggy Harbeson (Clyde) of Santa Rosa Beach Florida; 3 granddaughters Megan Matthews, Michelle Ratcliff and Stille Harbeson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Wade C. Ratcliff Sr.; sons Wade C. Ratcliff Jr., Andrew "Jeff" Ratcliff; grandson Andrew "Andy" Ratcliff; sister Neta Faye Case and brother Shelby Watts.
