Mr. Mack T. Hedgepeth Jr., 82, of Monticello, Mississippi passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021 at his residence in Monticello, Mississippi. Mack was born July 3, 1938, in Monticello, Mississippi to Mack Sr. and Beulah Polk Hedgepeth.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Carmel Baptist Church in Monticello, MS with Funeral services on Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM with graveside services following in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Monticello, MS. Rev. Lee Mathis and Bro. Jimmy Harvey will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mack was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, great great-grandfather and friend. Mack enjoyed spending time with his family and fellowship with his church family.  He was a member of Carmel Baptist Church in Monticello. Mack will be missed by everyone.

Mack is survived by his wife, Debby Hedgepeth of Monticello, MS; sons Mitchell and Jason Hedgepeth; daughters, Janet Reid and Sandra Reeves; sister Willodene Wilson; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren; and 1 niece and nephew.

Those preceding him in death were his parents and 1 grandson.
