Ms. Lillie Hall Bell, 84, of Monticello, MS passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Lawrence County Nursing Center in Monticello, MS. Lillie was born January 31, 1936, in Oma, Mississippi to J.W. "Bill" and Osie Mae McWilliams Hall.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 10:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello, with graveside services following in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.  Bro. Michael Smith will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Lillie loved to travel, working in her garden, reading and cooking for her family. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church for many years, she also loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister and friend to all.

Lillie is survived by her children, son James Lewis Bell and wife Donna of Caledonia, MS, Marie Lea and husband D.H. of Elberta, AL, Pat Ladd and husband Bud of Monticello, MS, and Deborah Douglas and husband Ronnie of Monticello, MS; 2 sisters Jane Bell and Pearl Morris; 1 brother Jerry Hall; 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Those preceding her in death were her parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
