Kevin Lamar Young, Age 62, of Monticello, Mississippi passed away on July 26, 2026, in Monticello, Mississippi. Kevin was born on July 26, 1964 in Pike County, MS to his Diamond Young and Eloise Dear Young.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Diamond Young and Eloise Dear Young; his son, Jacob Young, his sister, Rhonda Grimes; and his brother, Wayne Young.

Kevin is survived by his son, Nathan Young; his brothers, Ronald Young, Harold Young, Michael Young, Kerry Young; his grandkids, Kelsie Young, Kayleigh Young, Chloe Young, and Jacob Young; and his significant other, Kathy Bullock; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
