Kathy Ranona Daughdrill, 64 of Jayess, MS passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born Saturday, February 6, 1960 in , Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home  904 W. Thomas E. Jolly Drive, Monticello, MS. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS. Burial will follow in  in Monticello Municipal Cemetery. Bro. She had a song in her heart every day of her life, and spread joy to others everywhere she went. As an avid collector of antiques and curiosities, she was often found in antique shops, thrift stores, and garage sales to find the next treasure for her home. In her youth, her passions included many sports such as softball and tennis, which were fond memories of hers. She loved mysteries in fiction and life and enjoyed deep diving into investigation stories, films, and documentaries. Christmas time was one of her greatest joys in life, decorating, giving gifts, and spending time with family. In life, she was loved by all who knew her. A loving mother to her children, of which to her, nothing was more important.

She was preceded in death by her father, Enis Joseph Daughdrill;  mother, Mary Elizabeth Garrett Daughdrill;  sisters, Etta Sharolyn Daughdrill and Ronda Daughdrill Smith.

Survivors include her son, Matthew Colby Mabile of Anchorage, AK;  daughter, Sage E. Mabile Clark (Shane) of Florence, MS;  brother, Enis Shay Daughdrill of Jayess, MS
