Mrs. Johnny Hariel was born in Poplarville, MS to Albon and Thelma Bodie Lee on April 21, 1930. She passed from this life at her residence on August 22, 2017

Mrs. Hariel was a long time resident of Wiggins, MS where she was a devoted member of Bethel Baptist Church. If the church doors were open it was her intention to be there. She was active in the Ten Mile Association. She was especially devoted to the GAs at both the local and associational level.
She worked as a practical nurse at the Wiggins Clinic until her retirement. There she was known as the "white-haired nurse who gives good shots."
In addition to work as a nurse and an active church member she also was a member of The Eastern Star and the Ladybugs. She still found time to introduce piano basics to numerous students.
In her later years she served as a caretaker for her parents and aunts. If you were in her circle then you were a part of her family.
After moving to Jayess in 1999, she immersed herself in Topeka Baptist Church. For eighteen years she made teaching children her priority. She continued this work as recently as a week before her demise.

Mrs. Hariel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leilas Hariel, and her brother Lucius Jerry Lee and his wife Beverly.

She is survived by her daughter, Cris Bull and husband John, three grandchildren, Jonas Bull, Lana Runnels (Jason), and Micah Bull (Ashley), eleven great-grandchildren, Devon Bull, Tessa Ramos (Sam), Hunter Phillips (Jessica), Dustin Bond, Jackson Bull, John Runnels, Evangeline Runnels, Liliane Runnels, James Runnels, Brody Bull, Molly Beth Bull, three great-great-grandchildren, Zoe and Fisher Phillips, and Maelys Ramos.
