Jimmie Wallace Davis, 80 of Monticello, MS, died Wednesday,January 7, 2015 at Residence in Monticello, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2pm, on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello, MS. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Married to Tommie June for 58 years which he never thought was long enough.
For many years Mr. Jimmie was an active member in Bethel Baptist church serving as deacon, member of the Bill Davis Sunday School Class and really enjoyed his time with the Cooking Team. He was known for his BBQ, and grilling.
Mr. Davis enjoyed his family, his grandchildren and great grandchildren not to mention his friends, He will be missed by all.
