Ms. Jewellene Williamson McCloud went home to be with Jesus on April 27, 2021 at age 82.

Jewellene was born at home to Hezzie and Hazel Williamson of Monticello.

Visitation will be held on Friday April 30, 2021 from 9:30 AM until service time at 11:30 AM at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello, MS. Bro Archie Herrin and Bro. Michael Smith will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

She met her husband of 50 years, Larue (Rooster) McCloud, in high school and married in 1955.They had two sons, Scotty McCloud (Denise) of Monticello and Randy (Jeanine) of New Hebron, MS. Four Grandchildren, that she was very proud of, Gina Fulton of Brandon, MS, Christopher McCloud of Rosenbery, TX, Christy Fox of New Hebron, MS, Greg McCloud of Hattiesburg, MS and seven great grand-children.

Jewellene was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed painting, teaching, and interior design. She was a Christian lady who loved her church in which she was very involved in her earlier years.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends and all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
