Mr. Jamie Rutland passed away on Monday October 22, 2018, at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Jamie was born February 3, 1965 in Tylertown, MS to Charles Ray and Mildred Day Rutland.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 10:30 AM until service time at 2 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, with graveside services following in Tilton United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Scott Johnson will officiate the services, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Jamie worked in the construction business for many years, he loved spending time outdoors. He was a loving father, brother, husband grandparent and friend.

Jamie is survived by his wife, Regina Rutland of Jayess; sons, Lavell and Lance (Kimberly) both of Jayess; two brothers Joey and Jimmy Rutland, four grandchildren; Sawyer, Nathan, Chloe, and Sophi.

He is preceded in death by his father Charles Ray Rutland.
