It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jacky Ray Hall, 62 of Monticello, MS passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello, Mississippi. HE was born October 2, 1962 in Tylertown, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, January 7, 2025 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Wilson Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 8, 2025 at 2:00pm at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.

Jacky was a loving husband, father, and pawpaw. He was always ready to help any and everybody in need. He worked hard and owned and operated his own business for 40 plus years moving houses. Jacky was an avid treasure hunter. He loved buying junk. He loved his pets, Suzi and Sweeta. He will be greatly missed by all.

He was preceded in death by father, Bennie Hall, Jr.; Mother-in-law, Evvie Boyd; Daughter, Jessica Renee Hall; two greatgrandchildren, Junior Bryant and Baby Bryant.

Survivors include: wife, Rebecca Boyd Hall; Mother, Betty Colyer; Father-in-law, Richard Boyd, with whom Jacky had a relationship that was envied by all; Step-Mother, Deborah Hall; Daughter: Alisha (Sean) Pierce; Sons: Christopher (Sally) Hall, David (Jemmie-Leigh) Cooksey, Derrick (Torrie) Lamb; Sisters: Shanne Cupstid, Sylvia (Wayne) Thornhill, Joy Pate, Sandy (A. J.) Naquin; Brothers: Jerry Hall, Ernie (Kristi) Milum, Stephen (Leigh) Hall; Brother-in-Laws: Randy (Sadie) Boyd, Ricky (Renee) Boyd; Sister-in-Law: Melissa (Benji) Hammond; 14 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; special friends: Pat Armstrong, Brent Ballard, Robbie Smith, David Dunn, and Bubba Letchworth, and many he fostered with love.
