Gladys Daughdrill Cobb, 70 was called home from this life on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, in Hidalgo, NM. Gladys was born March 10, 1946 in Wesson, MS, to Eugene and Ollie Belle Stevens Daughdrill.
There will be a time of visitation from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Wilson Funeral Home with the Service Sunday July 17, 2016, at 2:00 PM the graveside service will be held in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Brother Robert Dunn and Brother Jimmy Harvey will officiate the services.
Surviving Gladys is daughters Tina Cobb-Galan, Julie Hicks, Samatha Dyess , Mary Hunt; sons David Cobb and James Cobb; sisters Lillie Hedgepeth, Eunice Clark, Louise Savoie, Ruth Sills, Meggie Russell, Genie Belle Allen; brother Clem Daughdrill; and fifteen grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents Eugene and Ollie Belle Stevens Daughdrill, her husband James Benton Cobb Jr.; brother Denver Daughdrill and sister Charlene Wallace.
