Mr. Frank James Calcote, 90, of Monticello, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at his residence. He was born August 21, 1931 in Lawrence County Mississippi to Barney and Marie King Calcote.

Graveside services will be held on Friday November 12, 2021 at 10 AM at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Monticello. Bro. () will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Frank proudly served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from the pipeline construction as a foreman. Frank was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. He enjoyed singing gospel music and working outdoors in his garden.

Frank is survived by his children; Hugh Calcote and Sharon Leggett (Bruce) both of Monticello and Keith Calcote of Sontag; one brother, Barney Calcote, 3 sisters, Voncille Benoit (Earl), Sue Armstrong and Jean Pitre; 3 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great-grandchild.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents and his wife's Sarah Calcote and Margie Calcote; 3 sisters and 4 brothers.
