Ms. Ernestine Tyrone/Forehand, 94, of Monticello, MS passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg, MS. Ernestine was born April 14, 1927, in Lawrence County Mississippi to Jessie and Minnie Kirkfield.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 26 2021 at 2 PM at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Monticello, MS. Bro. Michael Smith and Bro. Philip Alford will officiate the service with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Ernestine was a employed with Kellwood Manufacturing in Monticello for over 40 years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello for many years, she loved her church and church family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Ernestine is survived by her sons, Tommy Tyrone (Diane) of Wiggins, MS, Jimmy Tyrone (Jane) and Donald Tyrone both of Monticello, MS; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Those preceding her in death were her parents, husbands, J.C. Tyrone and Kenneth Forehand and one sister.
