Services for Ernest Gary Davis, 81, will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 12 PM,at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. with graveside services following in New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Paul Stephens will officiate the services.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 8, from 10 AM until service time at 12 PM. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Gary, 81, died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Walthall General Hospital in Tylertown, He was born , March 13, 1935 in Lawrence County MS to Ernest and Christine Cox Davis.

Gary served our country in the Korean War,

He is survived by his son, Dean Davis of Wesson, daughters, Gwen Rayborn and husband Kelvin of Jayess, and Carman Garrett and husband Steve of Silver Creek, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Christine Cox Davis, brother, Don Davis and sister Joann Espy.
