Mrs. Elizabeth Rogers Bilbo, 92, of Monticello, MS, passed from this life on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Compere's Nursing Home in Jackson, MS. She was born on June 6, 1932 in Plantersville, MS to Robert Grant (R.G.) Rogers and Sybil Houck Rogers.  She graduated from Lumberton High School and Mississippi College.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in 904 W. Thomas E. Jolly Drive, Monticello, MS. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS. Burial will follow in Monticello Baptist Church Cemetery in Monticello, Mississippi. Mrs. Bilbo worked many years as a school teacher and also taught piano lessons to lots of children over the years. She was a long-time active member of Midway Baptist Church (Jackson, MS) and Monticello Baptist Church, teaching Sunday School and singing in the choir. Mrs. Bilbo was an avid golfer and made many friends as she played in two ladies' groups in the Jackson area.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 66 years, Hulon Bilbo, her parents and brother, Robert Houck Rogers.

Survivors are her son, James Bilbo (Clara); daughter, Linda Alford (Sonny); grandchildren, Brad Alford (Carla), Lindsey Rowland (Jay), Garrett Alford (Liz), Drew Bilbo (Amanda, Tyler Bilbo (Beth), Rance Bilbo; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
