Mr. Dana Paul Dunn, 61, of Sontag, Mississippi left this Earth to go to his Heavenly Home on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his residence. Dana was born December 15, 1959 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 10, from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock in the evening at Carmel Baptist Church, Monticello, MS. Funeral services will also be held at Carmel Baptist Church on Sunday, July 11, at 2:00 PM, with graveside services following in the church cemetery.

Dana was a very loving husband, father, and the best Pa in the world. He was a friend to many and helped anyone that asked. He was an avid deer hunter who loved the outdoors, and a die-hard Bama fan. He was a member of Carmel Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, and in many other positions. He was a hard worker in construction.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 and one-half years, Selena Calcote Dunn, and his children Misty Dunn Grayson of Jayess, MS; and Mandy Dunn Roberts of Brookhaven, MS. He is also survived by his mother Susan Cupstid, brother Rick (Ramona) Dunn, and sisters Danelle Case and Heidi Odom, as well as grandchildren Caden Grayson, Claire Grayson, Callie Grayson, Carson Roberts, Cabey Roberts, and great-grandson Kohen Grayson. Bonus grand-daughters are Tayler Smith and Kennedy Cupstid.

Loved ones that went on before him are his son Dana-Paul Clifton Dunn, his Dad Maxie Cupstid, and grandparents Emerson and Lillian Grimm.
