Obituary

A Celebration of Life for Colton George Stuckey, of Jayess, MS, will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday evening, March 15, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and again on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Graveside services will follow in the Stuckey Family Cemetery (Jayess). At the family's request, please wear bright colors – no black – to celebrate Colton's life; he loved bright colors. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Colton gained his wings on March 8, 2024. He was born early – on December 8, 2023 – but came into the world kicking and screaming. He was full of life and had learned to laugh and coo; his smile would light up the room. He had one look just for his Mimi that would get him anything he wanted. He loved riding – in his daddy's eighteen wheeler, dually, or side by side. Colton loved being around and playing with his brothers and their dog, Steve. He was and always will be loved by his family, including his uncles and aunts who were not blood related, and everyone that knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Daniel Jackson "D.J." and Dyana Neal Stuckey of Jayess; his brothers, Willie and Matthew Stuckey; grandparents, Dan and Donna Stuckey of Jayess, Rhonda and Shane Wilson of Jayess, and Tracy Neal of Monticello. He also leaves behind his uncles, Jamie (Sarah) Stuckey of Brandon, MS and Adam Neal of Monticello; his first cousins Ainsley Stuckey and Jackson Stuckey; great-grandparents, Margaret Neal of Monticello, Jeanette Stuckey Flynt of Mt Olive, and Patricia Rollins of Jayess.

He was welcomed into heaven by his sisters, Skye and Rayne Stuckey; his great-grandparents, Billy and Bobbie Carney, Odell Stuckey, Elton "Jr." Flynt, Ricky Rollins, and Arthur Neal; a great-great aunt, Ruby Lee Jones; great-great aunt and uncle, Billy Ray and Joyce Jones, and a great-aunt, Melissa Neal.
