Mr. Cletus Walker Edwards was called home from this life on Sunday, November 22, 2015, at Hospice Ministries, Ridgeland, Mississippi. Mr. Edwards 83 was born February 29, 1932.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Monticello Baptist Church from 9:00 until 11:00AM. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM, at Monticello Baptist Church. The graveside service will follow in the Monticello Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Cletus was a member of Monticello Baptist Church; he enjoyed his church and his Sunday School Class. He is retired from Georgia Pacific and worked as a Wood Yard Superintendent. When not at church or work he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Survivors are his wife Rena Faye Boutwell Edwards of Monticello; son Michael Cletus Edwards and wife Karen of Monticello; son Billy Glenn Edwards and wife Kim of Brandon; daughter Belinda Ann Stokes and husband William of Brandon. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Brandi Barrett, Michael Y. Edwards, Tracey Walters, Richard Stokes, Adam Edwards, Aaron Edwards, Allison Edwards and six great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. Rufus and Bessie McCullough Edwards.
