Christine Lambert, 57, of Sontag, Mississippi passed away on July 10, 2024 in Columbia, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 16, 2024 from 10:00 AM until memorial services at 11:30 AM at Shiloh Baptist Church in Sontag, MS. Bro. Jimmy Smith will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Christine was truly one of a kind. She was the best mother, sister, and friend a person could ever have. She fought a long, hard battle with cancer for many years, but Christine fought the battle with strength and courage that could have only come from the Lord.

Christine loved camping, waterfalls, stars, sunsets, and anything that sparked her curiosity. She loved spending time with her loved ones. Her interests also included watching tv, cooking, and baking. She loved all her animals very much, as anyone close would know.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Lambert; father, Floyd Smith; mother, Jaqueline Smith; and sisters: Darlene Arrington and Bernadette Prince.

She is survived by her children, Austin Lambert (Emily) and Lexie Stringer (Alex); her grandchildren: Miley Lambert, Jaizen Lambert, and a new grandchild on the way; four sisters: Belinda Smith, Becky Hardin (Derky), Vicky Smith, Agnes Harrington (Danny); one brother: Joe Smith; and her mother-in-law, Linda Lambert, along with a host of extended family and friends.
