Obituary

Charles Keith Lea was born September 9, 1944 in Wanilla Mississippi to Margaret and Dell Lea and lived his life on the banks of Bear Creek on the very same place he was born and raised. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but reveled most in the times he had within the circle of friends and family he had. He was known in a wider circle of acquaintances through his many years of service to this area as rural mail carrier until his retirement. With a fondness for the real country music and western movies, his fun-loving character brought life to any gathering and will be missed by all. Charles is preceded in death by his parents; his survivors include his wife Dorothy, his pet Sassy, his brother Robert, the many in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, great and great-great nephews and nieces and the many friends who knew him best.

Visitation will be held on Sunday May 27,2018 from 1 PM until service time at 2 PM at Wanilla Baptist Church graveside services following in church cemetery.
