Mrs. Dianne Day, 76, of Jayess, Mississippi passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at her residence in Jayess. Dianne was born May 14, 1946, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Kernel and Doris Lott Brown.

Visitation will be held on Thursday November 17, 2022 from 1 PM until service time at Wilson Funeral Home with funeral services at 2 PM. Bro. Bren Smith will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Randy Day of Jayess, MS; 3 children Sherry Day (Phillip Lawrence) Becky Nations (Mike) Joey Day all of Jayess also Jeremy Robbins who she loved like a son; 4 grandchildren DeAnn Smith (Tyson) Lana Lawrence (Neadha) John Michael Nations (Brittnie) and Shelby Nations (Channing), and 11 great grandchildren.

Dianne was proceeded in death by her parents Kernel and Doris Brown and her sister Kay Morse.

Dianne was a loving and devoted wife for 55 years. She was adored by her children, grandchildren, and great grands. Dianne was widely known as being one of a kind and had a big personality. She was an avid bowler for 30 years bowling competitively in Natchez and McComb. She loved to shoot her gun, watch tennis, fish, hunt arrowheads, and loved being adventurous. She was known in the community for her cooking and love of the holidays, especially Halloween. Dianne was full of life and had a genuinely big heart. The best memories were made in her home by everyone that knew her.
