Billy B. Foster, 88 of Monticello, MS passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at his residence in Monticello, MS. He was born Monday, December 16, 1935, in Tilton, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024, from 5 PM until 8PM at Wilson Funeral Home in 904 W. Thomas E. Jolly Drive, Monticello, MS. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 01, 2024, at 2 PM at New Zion Baptist Church in Monticello, MS. Burial will follow in New Zion Cemetery in Monticello, Mississippi. Bro. Jeff Davis, Bro. Johnny Calcote, and Bro. Jared Hester will officiate. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-587-2573

Billy was the oldest living member of the Monticello Masonic Lodge #610.  He loved deer hunting with his buddy, Shay Ervin. Billy loved to hear deer dogs running.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Farmer Foster; father, Albert Foster; mother, Johnnie Mullins; brother, Junior Foster; sister, Elizabeth Foster Rutland.

Survivors include his son, Darrell Foster of Monticello, MS; daughters, Tracey Foster Carney (Emery) of Jayess, MS and Tammy Thames; two grandchildren, Monica Honea, Molly Foster; three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Rutland, Todd Rutland, Dale Mullins, Delane Ervin, Royce Renfroe, and Creg Madison.
