Obituary

Bertha Smith Clark, 88 was called home from this life on Sunday, August 14, 2016, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. Bertha was born November 7, 1927 in Winnsboro, Louisiana to John Wright and Mary Idella Richardson Smith.
There will be a time of visitation from 9:00am to 11:00am, Friday, August 19, 2016, at Monticello United Methodist Church with the services to follow, at 11:00 am. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at Natchez City Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS is in charge of the arrangements. Brother Mike Evans will officiate the services.
Ms. Clark was a retired nurse anesthetist. She loved to read and loved all her cats, dogs and horses.
Surviving Bertha are her children Calvin Clark (Sue), John Clark (Sandra)
Tom Clark, (Carolyn), Barbara Norris, Pam Bolton (Hugh). Daughter-in-law Sandy Clark, ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by son Michael Wayne Clark, parents, John Wright and Mary Idella Smith, one brother, and three sisters.
