Ms. Barbara Ann Schwarzauer, 81 of Monticello, MS passed away on February 14, 2019 at her residence in Monticello, MS. Barbara was born January 15, 1938 in Louisiana to Ray Crossno and Nelda Crossno McGraw.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 9 AM until service time at 11 AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello with graveside services following in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jimmy Harvey will officiate the services, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Barbara retired as a teller in the banking industry, having been a teller with First Bank in Monticello for many years and later at Trustmark Bank. She then pursued a career in real estate. She enjoyed selling homes for over fifteen years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and taught Sunday school in her earlier years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: son, Harold Schwarzauer of Silver Creek, MS, daughter, Kathy Bates and husband (Scott) of Naperville,IL; grandchildren: Hannah Bates, Will Bates and Sam Schwarzauer.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son Kelton Schwarzauer.
