Mr. Austin Blake Laird 15, of Monticello, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at his residence in Monticello, Mississippi. Austin was born September 9, 2005, in Brookhaven, Mississippi to Robert Laird and Rebecca Dunn Westmoreland.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 11:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello, with graveside services following in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.  Bro. Michael Smith and Bro. Phillip Alford will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Austin is survived by his mother Rebecca Dunn Westmoreland (Christopher) of Monticello, MS; father Robert Laird (Rhonda) of McComb, MS; brother Landon Laird of Monticello, MS; step-brothers Steven and George Maxie of McComb, MS; grandfather, Glen Dunn of Monticello; MS; grandparents, Delma Wallace (Terry) also of Monticello, MS; grandmothers, Judy Smith of Bogue Chitto, MS; and Mary Ann Howard of Pontotoc, MS; aunt, Glenda "GG" Dunn Smith (Joe) of Monticello, MS; uncle, Michael Paul Dunn (Melissa) of  Paducah, KY.

Those preceding him in death were his grandfather Ricky Laird; great grandfather Gus Laird; great grandmother, Elaine Laird; aunt Tonya Brown; cousins Haley and Lacey Smith.
