Ann Harvey Sanders , 70, was called home to glory from this life on Monday, March 20, 2016, at Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello, MS. Ann was born November 10, 1945 in Silver Creek, MS to Robert Carson and Annie Mable Davis Harvey. There will be a time of visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Wilson Funeral Home, with funeral services at 11 am. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Bro. Micah Rutland and Bro. Richard Green will be conducting the services.
Ann loved sitting on her back porch with her husband drinking coffee, she loved watching her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren at play. She loved her church and had a love of reading. In her earlier years she was an all-conference basketball player in high school. She loved to pull people skiing and teach people to swim.
Survivors are her husband James Sanders of Silver Creek, daughters: Rhonda Hall and husband Chris of Hobbs, NM and Lori Beisel and husband Bert of Columbia, MS. Four Grandchildren, six Great Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her daughter Karen Loraine Sanders, parents Robert Carson and Annie Mable Davis Harvey, sisters; Bonnie Jean Waldroup, Francis Scott, Ruth Hedgepeth, brothers: Jimmy C. Harvey and Joe Harvey.
