Ms. Ann Foster, 91, of Monticello, Mississippi passed away on November 25, 2022 at Canton Nursing Home in Canton, MS. Ann was born March 26, 1931 in Monticello, Mississippi to Alonzo and Lelia Riales Hedgepeth.

Visitation will be held on Sunday November 27, 2022 from 1 PM until service time at 2 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS, with graveside services  following in Monticello Municipal Cemetery. Bro. Kenneth Roberts will officiate the services with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Ann enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ann and Fuzzy enjoyed Ole Miss Football and Baseball and attended many games. Ann was a faithful member of the Monticello Baptist Church where she served in the nursery for over 50 years.

On May 8, 1949 she married Troy Dell "Fuzzy" Foster. Ann and Fuzzy were blessed with two children, Wanda Ann Stapleton (Robert) and Marty Dell Foster; grandchildren Amanda Grace Griffith (Trey), Michael Shel Stapleton, and Lara Alison Belle Haas (Kevin); great-grandchildren Mary- Ainsley Griffith, Luke Joseph, Kyle Ryan, and Jake Kevin Stapleton, Lanie Grace, Macie Faith, Preslie Hope, Karter Landon, Landrie Joy, Kolt Elliott and Everlie Love Haas; she was also grandmother to Katie Windham (Lee) and her children, Eden , Cal and Walker. Ann is survived by 1 brother, Raymond Hedgepeth.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Troy Dell "Fuzzy" Foster of 50 years, son, Marty Dell Foster; 2 brothers Alvin and Robert Hedgepeth and 1 sister, Dorris Jean Hedgepeth.
